I was born in Scotland in 1950 not long after the war. I benifited from free school milk and orange juice and grew up fit and healthy. During the 50s until mid 60s all most extended family left Scotland for Canada in search of work. Our family left for England as Clydeside was dying around us. I returned to Scotland in 2000 and worked as a joiner. My time in the Highlands convinced me that Scotland could only thive by disolving the Union. My wife and I moved to a small village near Stirling in 2017. In 2014 I voted for Independence and have been a SNP supporter ever since. I was scunnered my the false statistics and fake news and hope that my wee blog and tweeting might make a difference this time.
